Official Orders Official orders accepted from Schools, Colleges, Government Departments and nationally recognised PLC’s. Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email, snailmail or telepathy (with a bit of luck!) Payment would normally be expected within 30 days, but if you need extended payments terms without all the hassle of leasing, then we can handle this too.
Carriage charges None. For anything delivered to Essex or North London that is. (Check out RM’s delivery charges!)
Warranty All goods carry a 12 month on-site warranty from AJS, via our own engineers in Essex and North London. The Engineer’s mobile number is 07803 925152. Does any other supplier give you the engineer’s mobile number? Some products, projectors for example, carry a three year manufacturer’s warranty.
Volume Orders If you have a requirement for a number of computers or peripherals, then please give us a call, and we can supply a firm, written quotation that will reflect a discount. Probably. Because we have very low overheads, (we don’t pay rent or wages), we can supply equipment at reasonably competitive rates, yet not compromise the after-sales support on which we pride ourselves. |
